Don't sing national anthem in Tamil Language

Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa orders the Police, Army and Defence Secretary officials not to sing National Anthem in Tamil language.
Secretary also thoroughly stresses out this should be strongly implement when President Mahinda Rajapaksa addressing an event.
According to the sources President Rajapaksa visited to a Tamil School recently during that time he was annoyed when the children sang the national anthem I Tamil language.
However the Minister of National Languages Vasudeva Nanayakara was disappointed regarding this issue, sources said.

  1. How can a National Anthem be sung in two languages? If that is true possibly the people there do not want to be a part of that nation. Why these idiots(government) are keeping them as second level citizens. UN should look into this, but they won't.
    Its humanity more than everything, which many pretend to accept.

  3. This is not good thing because this imitates partiality among their country people.Tamil language is one of the well known language in this country. The Defence secretary may reconsider this issue and allow them to sung national anthem in tamil language.
